Michele, Operations Manager

Michele serves as the Operations Manager at Simmons Early Intervention Therapy, where she oversees organizational operations, program development, administrative functions, and performance improvement initiatives. She works closely with executive leadership and clinical teams to strengthen operations and develop sustainable programs that expand access to quality services for children and families.Michele brings over 25 years of experience developing, implementing, and overseeing programs across State, local government, and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Campbell University and a Master of Public Administration from East Carolina University. She also holds a Certified Investigator/Inspector designation through the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation.Throughout her career, Michele has been driven by a deep commitment to create effective systems and programs that strengthen organizations and serve communities. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, singing, and spending time with her children, mother, and extended family.
