Joyce, Developmental Therapist

Joyce is 51 years old and has two daughters, aged 31 and 27, along with two beautiful granddaughters, aged 7 years old and 3 months old. She holds a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education from Pitt Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from Ashford University. With over 25 years of experience in the early childhood field, Joyce served as a Director for a childcare center from 2007 to 2018. During this time, the center became the first 24-hour childcare facility in Pitt County to achieve a 5-star rating, maintaining this standard from their six-month temporary license until the center closed.
Currently, Joyce works part-time for a nonprofit organization. Her passion for helping children reach their full potential drives her work, and she plans to fully retire within the next three years to spend more time with her grandchildren while she is still young and healthy. Additionally, Joyce homeschools her granddaughter, finding joy in teaching her at her own pace and allowing her to travel and experience different cultures and lifestyles.
Joyce is grateful for the opportunity to help children reach their full potential and fulfill her destiny in life.
